Sunny Cove Farm Grass Fed Beef

Sunny Cove Farm grass fed beef is raised organically on rotationally grazed pasture in Alfred with some organic grain fed. The winter diet consists of grass baleage and dry hay. All animals are raised certified organic and the beef is cut, wrapped, and frozen at Leona Meat Plant in Troy, PA. Leona Meat plant is a U.S.D.A. inspected processor, and is certified organic by NOFA-NY Certified Organic LLC. Most cuts are readily available but beef is also available by the ¼ at $2.95 /lb hanging weight by special order in advance, call 607-587-9282 for availability of ¼’s custom cut.

Beef Quarters and Halves are available by special order in advance at $2.95 per pound (hanging weight) custom cut to your specifications by Leona Meat Products in Troy, Pennsylvania NOFA-NY Certified Organic LLC. Processing costs are not included in the price above but usually add about $0.35 per pound. Average beef quarter weight is 150 pounds.
