A family tradition for generations, the tapping of the sugar bush and sweet smell of Maple Syrup continues at Sunny Cove Farm every spring. The whole family; Jerry, Dotty, Matthew, Kelby, Meghan, Kevin, Isaac, Joseph, and John all get involved in the production of pure Maple Syrup with almost all of the sap being collected the old fashioned way with buckets.
