    Our cattle are born and raised on our farm and have been grass-fed their entire lives  

    We are certified grass fed which means our cows get NO grain ever and instead graze upon lush grasses such as alfalfa, red and white clover, orchard grass, tall fescue and brome grass. We give our cattle access to the best grass possible, and rotate them often so they are always eating the most nutritious shoots and the land has time to recover. Our cattle have access to our shelter in our barn during cold winter months, but are otherwise free to roam the land. The winter diet consists of grass baleage and dry hay. All animals are raised certified organic and the beef is cut, wrapped, and frozen at Leona Meat Plant in Troy, PA. Leona Meat plant is a U.S.D.A. inspected processor, and is certified organic by NOFA-NY Certified Organic LLC. From our pasture to your table!
