All animals are raised certified organic and the beef is cut, wrapped, and frozen at Leona Meat Plant in Troy, PA. Leona Meat plant is a U.S.D.A. inspected processor, and is certified organic by NOFA-NY Certified Organic LLC. From our pasture to your table!
