We raise 100% grass-fed, organic dairy and meat cows, produce pure New York Maple Syrup, and grow fruits and vegetables on our family farm in Alfred, NY. We take great care in sourcing what we don't produce ourselves from high quality local farms and small businesses, to provide the best products to our customers.
