About the event
Come join us for a unique and unforgettable experience at our old-fashioned maple syrup making event! Step back in time and learn how we make maple syrup the traditional way, with buckets and a wood-fired evaporator. You'll see how we collect the sap from our maple trees and learn about the history and science of maple syrup production. As part of the experience, you'll have the opportunity to watch the sap boil in our wood-fired evaporator and smell the sweet aroma as it transforms into golden maple syrup.
You'll also get to sample different grades of syrup and learn about their unique flavors and uses.
In addition to the maple syrup making demonstration, you can also indulge in some delicious treats made with our very own maple syrup, including pancakes, maple milk and cookies.
We invite you to come and be a part of this time-honored tradition and make memories that will last a lifetime. So, mark your calendar and join us for a fun-filled day on the farm! March 16 from 10-6pm
