Pork Loin Roast

The smell of a  roast slow cooking in the oven is enough to make anyone hungry!  Our pigs come to us as 30lb babes from a local breeder. They are then raised on our fresh milk, organic grain and hay until around 300lbs of bacon (and other cuts!).  From our farm to your frying pan!
