Pork Halves and Whole are available by special order in advance at $8.50 per pound (hanging weight). Processing is a separate charge of $0.95/ pound paid to Leona Meat Products in Troy, Pennsylvania (this butcher is USDA inspected who will custom cut and packaged to your specifications.
